Application process - absolute fail

It has now been 2 months since sending my application through with all relevant documentation and they have yet to even approve or process my request. I have canceled my medical aid as they required the cancellation document and now sit without medical aid cover. Terrible service and countless calls all leading to a dead end. Still sitting with no answer after calling once again this morning.
