Appalling service

Absolutely disappointed in how the standard of work has depreciated with GEMS, my mom, a pensioner with underlying conditions that need chronic medication, has been without her medication for a long while and it was so heartbreaking to see her calling the GEMS head office to get answers after she was not given any responses from the emails she sent, not to mention how difficult the call agents were to her, mind you this is a pensioner who’s health is at risk and needs solutions not another reason to have grey hairs, this is totally unacceptable.
