Appalled by lack of assistance
I have been from pillar to post with Gems and at this point, I don’t understand why you are hiring professionals who do not want to work and assist member! Ntomby from contributions has the most vile and stinking attitude! She spoke over me and dismissed my concerns! Gems staff members like Ntomby make it so danm difficult ylto deal with gems!

I must applaud and appreciate Shafika Swartz who went over and above her job to ensure that I get all the assistance I requested and was super helpful and patient with contributions who clearly don’t know what they are doing!
