Another empty Gems promise

My chronic medication was approved and receive email saying that i will be contacted in 48 hours to appoint my pharmacy guess what over 7 days and no call yet. I only have medication till Thursday morning and no chronic medication on way yet im a diabetic and cant go with out my medication. gems big promises no resolution. As long as they get their contributions they don't care about there members.
