Annoyed with lack of response

I sent in my mothers application for chronic medication over a month ago. I didnt get any feedback untill a week ago when i sent them emails. Which was only a acknowledgement of my inquiry. I am sick and tired of waited and yet another moth end approaching and will have to pay for it myself again.
