Amount owing with no explanation and ******** suspension

I am not happy with how you are treating us. How is it possible to owe you when you directly debit my account every month. I have continuously asked you to explain why I am owing and you have failed.

How can you suspend my medical aid with no explanation and worst of all during this Covid pandemic. My wife and I am pensioners and high and we cannot afford to not have medical aid.

I have paid and I make sure I pay my medical aid pill but how you are treating us is cruel and unjust and I need this matter resolved.
