Ambulance services
Yesterday day I tried to for an Ambulance services and I couldn't get through. My sister nearly lost her life and also her new born baby. I am not happy about the Ambulance services. If your phones are down why not send us you members an sms and alternative number that we should contact when we need an Ambulance.
I am so hurt and traumatized to think that two members of my family could have lost their lives because no one gave us alternative number to call for an Ambulance

25 Jan 2025, 11:49I still want to know about what was happening about the gems Ambulance services phones yes I received a call from a lady telling me that they are investigating the matter. With the investigation an apolog must follow . How can an Ambulance services number not work and no one contacts the members who pay for such service and want to use them. What kind of medical aid is gems. What kind of a circus is this company called gems. My sister nearly died. Do you know how traumatic it is to watch someon who is sick and cannot breathe while you are trying to contact an Ambulance services and the lines are not going through and there is no alternative number or something. I don' believe that in this day and age with all the social media available one has to use the phone calls and of it doesn't go through you die. Let me suggest to gems there are many social media
