Amazing Response!

Good day

After my last published complaint on GEMS I have received amazing feedback and service. As a previous consumer and now a proud member of GEMS I have to say that the way in which I received an explenation and excuse was extremely proffesional. The reason I also moved to GEMS it was way more affordable for me as a governmemt employee and everyone I know who are Educators say that they never have problems with GEMS paying out when they had serious injuries. My previous medical aid which will not be named has taken me for all the money I have and exposed it to the fullest. I am a family of teachers who are extremely happy with GEMS. Cannot wait to walk with you guys. Whoever was in charge of my complaint, did an amazing job.
