almost 9 months wait for my medical aid cards to be delivered

i have changed my medical aid options last year December 2021 and till today i haven't receive any new medical aid cards. I've made several requests of 2 medical aid cards with gems and they have been promising to deliver it but nothing is happening. everytime i call them they keep on promising that i will receive my card after six weeks. i have been making follow ups every month since from January till now. my biggest challenge that i have been experiencing is that my dependents are not staying with me. they stay in another province. so when they are sick they can't be able to consult because they don't have any card with them. everytime they become sick, i have to send them money so that they can consult a doctor or go to hospital. i have a medical Aid that I pay gems every month but my kids are not benefiting because delayed medical aid and bad customer service. i am the one whose been making follow ups, no one from gems who bothered to come back and ask if i got the cards or not.
