AGAIN DENY ME STOCKINGS FOR THROMBOSIS VERICOSE VEIN,DAIGNOSED WITH PULMONARY EMBOLISM

Doctor prescribed stockings because of my veins,now they're bad and swollen,but the medical aid said they don't cover that.My question is how so because I'm on Emerald and I'm paying R9333.00 almost R10000.00.These medical aid are gambling with patients life's They're forgetting that if it wasn't for the patients they wouldn't exist.On a serious note why are they paying for my chronic tablets yet they refuse to pay for the stocking for the veins which is still part of my illness.They request a motivational letter from the medical practitioner he did email it.Gems is constantly refusing to pay that is point 1,Point 2 their not paying the service provider which is the laboratory for my husband whose on the end stage of kidney failure he's dailysing thrice a week,and o e or twice a month he to do draw blood they don't pay at all As we speak I've been handed over for not the laboratory.Please guys help me to talk some sense to Gems . Because at the end of the day I'm paying him almost R10000.00 for him denying to pay the service providers I'm so sick and tired with this medical aid When you talk to them politely they don't understand,one has to talk to them via social media and it makes me so furious.
