That the administrator of Gems their chronic meds and pmb department refuses to pay for my meds because I have ehler danlos hypermobility a rare genetic connective tissue disease. There is no cure for my disease only pain control. I am medically boarded and disabled . My meds cost me r2000 and the meds I am on controls my pain. I feel that the administrator of Gems is blatantly discriminating against me because I have a rare genetic connective tissue disease. I am extremely disappointed of the poor service delivery I am receiving. I did not ask to become sick or have a rare disease. I implore gems to order the administrator of Gems to approve my meds because without adequate pain control I will be bedridden of pain.
