Adding Dependants

Earlier this year I app**** to add my husband and child on medical aid. I was told he has to cancel his medical aid. It was canceled in February and I sent all the documents they wanted by 27 March 2024. Fast forward 4 June, I receive a call and SMS saying must complete my application. JUNE!!! My husband and child were without medical aid cover from April and only in June I am told to complete the application. I went to the offices in Braamfontein and I was told that my husband and my child will only be covered starting from November. NOVEMBER!!! What sick game is GEMS playing?
