ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE

Absolutely unreliable! My mother suffers from a chronic disease called MS ,in which NO event can chronic medication be delayed! My mothers script was processed on the 29th September 2022 and today is the 6th of October 2022 and still NO medication!!!! 7 days without medication.What these people don’t understand is that if my mother has a relapse this responsibility is COMPLETELY ON THEM! And I will make sure of that! Medical aids are there to support us and those who are unable to do so for themselves. They have proven to be completely inconsiderate in that my mother is still sitting with no chronic medication and I have to do the running around to ensure that this gets done ! Highly disappointed
