Absolutely no satisfaction but a lot of frustration!!

I honestly have never encountered such bad service from any medical aid as a service provider! I have registered at Gems as a service provider in May, on the platform indicated by Gems. I keep on getting these generic mails, claiming they have no record of me, after a person acknowledged that they have all my documents. This happens when I put a claim for payment in! I resend all my docs again. And again! Still the same we dont know you responses!! What else can I do?? I am so frustrated !
