Absolutely no help

I have asked the call cente about 3 times to send me an email with all the network doctors as i want to print the list. I gave them my email *** but still have not received anything. They promise that they will send it but im still waiting.

Then the app ITC guys. I have asked them to reset my app as my old member number is registered on it and i have a new one. The create a ticket and then a consultant emails me to send my member number. When i do that he never responds and my issue has still not been resolved.

Its always an issue if you need help.
