A student charged as an adult

<p>I have been sending all the necessary document and following up with GEMS but they are falling to process the document and my son who is a student is still charged as an adult.</p> <p> </p> <p>i started sending the documents from last year December before my sons birthday in January but they have not until to date update it. I than resent the documents on the 04/03/2017, I have been charged the same amount nothing has been changed. </p> <p> </p> <p>They have sent me smses that they have received the documents, the enquiry has been processed. To my surprise my son is still charged as an adult even at the end of this month. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im so disappointed in how their service is, it is bad. From January till to say there are not updating!</p>
