A bad service that can even leave a person to die😡

So why do we have to pay Gems such a huge some of money every month for the bad and depressing service that get. I have added a depend in January 2022 and was told about the 6 months waiting period and we served that, now it’s Aug and the person is in serious pain and was referred to the hospital for a specific procedure and In order to him to recover, then what does Gems do… they frustrate you by not authorising and coming up with all sorts of silly excuses and worse no one gives a reasonable response. I was taken from pillar to post, to a point they ended up not answering. I promise, should something bad or worse happen to my partner, I will sue the living hell out of Gems. It’s the worst service provider ever, who can leave a person to die, but they don’t hesitate every month to debit the money. I swear it’s the last time having to complain and suffer for a service a pay for, I’m out.
