Few relevant questions I asked, and no one could answer which irritates me;
- Who authorized for the dependent to be moved as an adult because I do not remember signing anything or getting any communication of the changes, - Why and how did the account be in arrears when there’s a debit order straight from my salary - Why were changes not done on the first month when dependent turned 28 - Who was responsible to communicate with me about the changes?
