I called GEMS after I realised that they charged my account for Prescription glasses taken by my son and I which we never did. Then I was advised to do an affidavit and email to enquiries which I did called last month, and consultant told me that was unnecessary and the today I called, and they said I would be called back but nothing. This is a reoccurrence and ever since past 5 YEARS haven't been able to get glasses because me account keeps getting billed by an Optometrist which I know nothing of.
