48hrs now more than 4 days!

On Friday 20 Feb 2015, I went to the doctor, paid the consultation self, when I went to get the prescription the pharmacy told me I am no longer a covered beneficiary.<br> <br> This is not the first time it happened, I've sent them two emails and did not receive any feedback in the 48hrs they said they would. I do not even visit the doctor that often, I only go when its a need or emergency. <br> I am a first year student, I enrolled in the middle of the year, I was put on the medical aid from May 2014 but are no longer covered, normally you are on the aid on a year to year basis.<br> <br> The email from NWU Potchefstroom has been sent to them and we have sent all the the documents last year. Also now all of a sudden they want all kinds of confirmation and registration letters. they first accept it and now there's problems? There are always some kind of problem with my information but none what so ever with the rest of the beneficiaries on the medical aid.<br> <br> I feel that this is unacceptable that they do not communicate with you and that they remove you from the aid with no notification what so ever.<br> <br> I do not understand how this is possible when I am only in the 9th month period of a year \contract""""
