2nd review about medical aid still suspended and gems not willing to remove suspension but keep on receiving contributions /subsidy from employer

My medical aid still suspended and gems still receiving monthly subsidy from my employer till today and I cannot consult. According to my first review respond from gems says I owe R940 and they have been communicating with me of which is a big lie, I am the one who's been phoning them since August. The main issue is that I emailed gems medical aid application forms and supporting documents to gems in January 2018 to cover me and my 2 kids, so gems communicated with my employer for deductions. So I don't know how gems and my employer agreed on. I just received a medical aid card that has 2 different medical aid benefit dates. Me and 1 child benefit date was 1 April 2018 and the other child was 1 may 2018. So different was one month. The the information from my employer on persal also confirm that they paid gems contributions for 2 people in January and paid for 3 people from February as per gems instruction. Now they suspended my medical aid by claiming that I owe R940 for 1 child that my employer didn't pay in January 2018. So my question is how can my employer pay for 3 people in January of which they submitted documents for 2 people and Submitted for 1 person in February ? And why gems benefits dates of depends 1 and 2 differ with a month gap? I don't owe gems any money.
