24 MINUTE HOLD TIME WITHOUT INTERACTION

I called Gems claims department at about 1.15 regarding a PMB approved claim. 24 minutes later after holding on WITHOUT any courtesy comeback or interaction I am put thru to the HIV DEPT without introduction. I am asking PLEASE QA this consultant and hold her accountable. I would like feedback regarding this. Pr*** 13.15. Query not resolved!!!!
