18 July blood test Pathology fee

I am writing this with tears on my eyes. I have exhausted all avenues. I am deeply deeply disappointed by gems because it has caused me a depression.. In July I started experiencing some rush/allergies. I consulted with a GP. In September I received messages that Pathology was not paid fr blood tests that were done in July. I did follow up, only to be told that the GP must motivate why he took blood test several times, he did that, it was rejected. I then requested to speak to a team leader (Nokuthula) who then explained that they need a *FULL CLINICAL REPORT* bcz same code was claimed several times. This went ON nd ON and finally got it loaded on the system on the 12th of November, I pleaded with a team leader that may I please deal with 1 person on this case bcz everytime I call I have to explain my story from beginning which it's costly fr me bcz I hold fr hours, this dragged, September, October, November still calling to ask if the report has been accepted nd the claim has been paid, No. Everytime I call, the consultant will tell me it was never escalated, or it was sent to the wrong section like back office, when i call again to check if its approved bcz they said i must wait 14 days, another one will tell me NO, it was not supposed to be sent to back office, it was supposed to be sent to chronicles. The same team leader (Nokuthula) now refuse to talk to me when I call. The 4th month now, I'm still explaining my story frm the beginning, it's my time, holding hours, with my airtime. No one cares when I explain, they all tell me that they have escalated the case to back office. Please help me. Right now I want to cancel my membership with gems nd pay the pathology nd live in peace bcz I'm still sent frm one consultant to the other. I'm exhausted emotionally bcz I don't understand why would they refuse to pay if I only consulted 4 times this year while I have been paying through out the year. Why am I being punished for the GP who submitted same claim with same code more than 10 times. Why are we paying medical aid in the first place if i still have to pay the pathology fees as if I exhausted my funds, while I didn't. Only 4 consultation this year but still going through hell.
