Ordered Beef lasagne Take away, was given something that resembled some kind of mince and soggy soft pasta. NO CHEESE, NO WHITE SAUCE.<br> Upon phoning to complain my call was answered by an Italian Woman who spoke very little english. When asked if I accidentally given the wrong meal I was asked what I meant,I rep**** 'it doesnt look or taste like lasagne it tastes terrible' I was told to bring it back. When I arrived to bring it I was 1st told they there was cheese but you cant see it, then told its parmisan cheese then told that I'm supposed to add my own cheese then bake it! after replying who would order take aways to add my own cheese and \bake it"I was intimidated by two VERY STROPPY AND AGGRESSIVE Italian men and one woman who had dragged my into the kitchen(dirty) and invaded my personal space and screamed at and insulted me I was given my money back and pushed out the front door. <br> Future customers"
