Generator - Bad experience

I handed my generator to them and asked for a quote. I was confirmed via e-mail that a new carburetor will be required and it will be ready the next day. I confirmed that they may proceed. Got there the next day and nothing was done, as it is a long distance from my home I enquired if hey would fix it while I wait. I waited an hour and was informed that they can not do t the same day and thy will contact me if it is done. They never called back. When I called to enquire the person ( I will call it a person) at reception was extremely rude and informed me that the alternator is now at fault as well. This was incorrect as I had a someone else check the generator before, and only wanted a "professional" to fix it. I demanded my money back and was yelled at hat I should do what I want. When I got there , again, the same "person" was s again utterly rude and yelling at me that they can not give my money back and t will only be via eft the next day. After being yelled at for some time I managed to get the eft done. Immediately after that I went to another place and was informed that the Generator - NOT ALTENATOR - wires were burned. So not only did they not do what was expected of them they have now caused me extra. So please stay away from hat rude and unprofessional place as ar as possible.
