Worst experence , customer service

I phoned and got a quotation, went through on 2 occasions with the sample, and was supp**** half what I requested, then get charged a 20% handling fee.<br> <br> I have spoken to every person who claims to be in a position of authority, I have been laughed and , ridiculed and ignored, pushed from pillar to post until I had to take the R500.00 knock for their own incompetence.<br> <br> I can not believe that in this day and age with voice recordings as proof and the fact that we physically drove the part through twice and it was incorrectly supp**** by the salesman Redwan who is to blame the company has no interest in being fair, the part was not even used and returned in the same packaging.<br> <br> after 10 days of being messed around I had no choice but to return it ad suffer the 20% handling fee.<br> <br> I would love to speak to some one who is interested in what is going on at ground level in their company!!
