Refuse to take back faulty parts

At first i though this is the best place to buy parts for my Toyota. Seems to be super friendly when they want your money, but as soon as you need to return a faulty part, they refuse to take it back. they will blame the moon and the starts for the fault. I bought a new clutch kit, from flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, bearings seals etc. Sekiel was the one helping me and selling me the parts. I called over the phone to ask if they had all the parts, i specifically wanted everything to be Genuine Toyota, they assured me everything is plenty-full in stock, so i head on my 2 hour trip to go fetch the parts, come there, and they dont have the Toyota clutch disc in stock, they only had a Valeo, which i didnt wanted, now i was already mad because i made sure before i had to take the long trip. Then Sekiel insisted i must take the Valeo, and in the same sentence said if there is any problem i can bring it back, well surprise surprise, the clutch was noisy and shudders when pulling away, i then called him and told him about the problem and said i want to bring it back, he then clearly told me that he wont be taking it back and kept on blaming mechanic error with installment, but has no evidence. I then took out the gearbox again, bought a Genuine clutch (like i wanted) and installed it, and now all the problems are gone, which has been costing me an additional R8000 to redo again. Ive advised many people to go buy parts by them, but seeing that their customer service is so ****, i will never buy there again or advise anyone to go there, so they will be loosing a lot more then just the simple amount of the clutch plate. I would like to know if anyone of the customer protection act has ever looked into these cases with them, because otherwise i will make sure they do, this is BS that they treat customers like this, its time they start having a taste of their own medicine. This i will not leave here, i will make sure to even get them in the news papers, dont underestimate me!!
