Refund for brakes linings

I purchased brakes linings for R970 on 2015/06/13. I returned the goods for a refund on 2015/06/19 for a refund as i discovered the linings did not require a replacement. The manager refused to refund despite that the linings where still in sealed packaging. This augurs bad for a customer relationship as i will never purchase from them again.
