Poor customer service

The Toyota car parts dealer refused to accept a credit of a wheel bearing within stipulated time on their receipt. The car part was never removed from its package and the salesman ZD, wasn’t interested to listen. This business conduct is shady and a ****. The establishment is interested in taking money from customers and nothing else, their car parts are not cheap and this kind of conduct is uncalled for. I will take this further
