Mocked and degraded while asking for cash back

<p>I bought shocks at Gemini parts in Kruis street Jhb on the 25/10/2016.And did not want the parts anymore I therefore returned them the following day.</p> <p>Upon returning them I was told that their policy point no5 on the slip says they do not refund shocks.I was being assisted by salesperson called Naseem who was the most rude person I ever came across.I first questioned Naseem about their "policy " of no refunds which was ********, he just laughed at me and told me l can make as much noise as I wanted he will not take the sealed unused shocks back as that was their policy.I then ask him to call Dawood who is the manager he went to the back and came back to tell me that Dawood does not want to speak to him.I then asked if I can go to him as he did not come to me.I was told no I can not.at that time Naseem was already calling other customers so he can serve them.I was humiliated and made a mockery as I was trying to speak to him and pleading with him if I can even exchange for something I needed but nobody seem to care.it was clear to me that Gemini parts is getting away with this kind of service as the clientele they deal with are taxi drivers who are just black people that they always disregard CPA and NCA as they please.I did not believe my nightmare and had to go home with shocks that I was told I must see to finish what I do with them</p> <p>What a shame.</p>
