Horrible Customer Service

I call Gemini listed number for a quote on parts. First a lady answers and instantly tells me to hold. That was not a problem until I held for more than 4minutes. I hang up and call again and now she answers and hangs up my calls. Then I go for other extensions, first their accounts department. The phone just rings away no answer. Then I try dispatch to get some help but a guy there says he won't help, he doesn't care and hangs up, while I am talking to him. This is the first time I got such a terrible service from this company. I don't know if this has happened to somebody else or there is a pro lem with the staff. My main worry is that if one buys something will they be assisted afterwards or in the event of a refund or exchange? Good as their parts maybe, I am walking away from this dubious company, unless owners or management attend to this strongly. If you choose to continue using them and get burnt, you where warned and never took heed.
