GEMINI PARTS HOOLIGANS...STAY AWAY.!!!!!..WAS CHASED AWAY FOR RETURNING A PART THAT WAS NOT EVEN OPENED

<p>Buying parts at Gemini was my worst nightmare. i bought a radiator at Gemini and when i got to the garage they informed me that the radiator was ok, there was just a blockage on my drainage pipes for the aircon. I Went back the next day to return the radiator and the sales person told me that he cant take it back, a very rude sales person. i then requested to see the manager and he went to the back office and came back to tell me that the manager refused to come to attend to my complaint. The sales person did not care about me but he just continued helping other clisents and asked me to move on the side. he even informed me that even if i shoot the roof the manager will not come and see me... In my opinion it looks like this place is run by hooligans because once they take the money from you thet dont care about what happens next. i informed them that i have a right to take the parts back according to the consumer protection act as long as its not an electrical part... and i have seen that these hooligans are getting away with this because of complaints on Hellopeter. I think they are of the mind that everyone who buys there is a Taxi driver. I called another nonsense guy who calls himself victor and laid my complaint and said he will never take back my part and i asked him if he have ever heard of the consumer protection act and this was a language he has never heard of. I have engaged my Lawyers to deal with these hooligans. I have also contacted the consumer protection department to investigated the parts shop and my case as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>GEMINI parts......Please stay away!!!!!!</p>
