BAD BAD Service!!

<p>I bought some parts Gemini on the 31/8/2016</p> <p> </p> <p>My mechanic opened the gearbox just to find that it is not neccesary to replace the one part</p> <p> </p> <p>So on 5/9/2016 I took the one part back to Gemini , unopened and still in its packaging for a refund only to hear that they will charge me a 20% handling fee ,</p> <p>THAT is a wopping R200-00 hanling fee</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not buy anything from this supplier again , just wish I look at their rating on hello peter before I went there</p> <p> </p> <p>Very bad costumer service , and they will loose some more clients I am sure of that</p> <p> </p>
