Bad and rude service

Hi guys never buy from these people bec they tell you if payment is not direct in there bank account they will not release any parts so I paid them as today I phone to hear way they don't give my parcel for courier guy then they say courier guy messes up all collection and its their fault for not collecting but they tell them it's not ready.. And the sales lady is so rude so please stay away their service is very bad
