Excellent Service

I ordered some stock online and Nerisha responded immediately. Before i received the stock via courier she sent me an email stating that any problems with the stock will be the courier's responsibility to refund or replace. it so happened that one of the products leaked empty when it reached me and so i filed for the claim with the courier company. When Nerisha phoned for the courtesy call i explained to her what happened. She apologized profusely time and again and then offered to replace the product free of charge even though it wasn't the company's responsibility.<br> <br> Thank you Nerisha, your excellent service is greatly appreciated.
