Poor Quality School Uniforms

I visited GEM Schoolwear at the beginning of the school year to purchase uniforms for my child (New West Secondary School). the price of which has now sky rocketed. after using the uniforms for a week (if not less) the pants tore at the croch. This was highly uncomfortable for my child as this happened in school. I took it back to the store, they willingly agreed to swop it for me. as my luck would have it, it was swopped for YET ANOTHER POOR QUALITY PANTS!!!!!! I purchased 5 pants and I still had to send it to my dress maker to have them ALL re-stitched. <br> <br> this is pathetic for such a big company who has made an agreement with so many schools to be the only supplier of these uniforms. thus forcing parents to purchase such unacceptable quality from their store only.<br> <br> If you are not able to give us the quality that we pay for then maybe relinquish your rights to stock all school uniforms. !!!!!!
