Promise to come back - but never come back

On 30/08/2014 I brought a double bed base set with a one year guarantee from Gem Furnishers in 71 Market<br> street, Polokwane. Five weeks ago I phone and spoke to Manager to report the faulty base set. Every time they promise to come back - they never come back. Every time I have to phone them. Five weeks now - nothing happen
