<p>My name is Karabo Molotsi and i bought couches 3 months ago at Gem Furnishers in Vryburg Branch. I paid a deposit of R2500 and decided to return couches as i was not sure about my contract at work. I had the couches for about a month in my house. They took them back to the shop in a good condition and they are even placed on the floor because they are still new. After 3 months i decided to go and take the couches again as i can now afford them and luckily they were still in the shop. I had no choice but to take the couches again because the manager told me i cannot get my deposit money back. After my second application they phone me and tel me that i need to pay deposit again and i refused. I told them to give me my money or give me couches without paying deposit twice they refused.
