GEM furnishers poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service from the GEM furnishers team. After paying for a bedroom suite of R13 999 IN CASH, I have to beg for my delivery??? Why??? Paid for this item on 2021/10/08 @ 11:28am. After contacting the sales lady at 17:00 enquiring about the delay in delivery, I was promised it would BE THE FIRST to go out the following day. After contacting the store and the sales lady again the following day about yet another delayed delivery, all I got was empty promises and no results. Best believe I have evidence of the calls and the texts between me and the sales lady, and best believe I will be back in store on Monday for a refund.
