Clueless manager at

Hello i have purchased a smart tv at Gem Schweizer Reneke , last year August, this year it does not show a picture i took it back as it is still under guarantee, to my suprice when asking the store manager about how long must i maybe wait for a tv to be fixed she said she does not know because she has take the Tv to Vryburg 62×2 km from Schweizer-Reneke

She mentioned that she still have to wait for other items that need to be taken to Vryburg as she cannot take one tv to Vryburg, then what if other customers items are not broken or need to be brought back to vryburg, and am still paying for that tv.
