Learner complain

Good day, I just want to find out if the school was ready to open for grade 7 learners due to covid 19 regulations??? My daughter came back from school today not in a good condition, she immediately requested us to take her to the hospital to check if she's got the virus or not because the person who was checking her temperature told her that she might have the virus because of her temperature. My question is, is this the right way to deal with this as a school because it they suspected something on my daughter they should have contacted me immediately and in a professional manner. Now shes saying other kids started to isolate them self from her because they were scared, I understand and I cannot blame the learners because they also trying to look after them selves but as for that person to say such to a child it's dissapointing. Now we had to rush to the nearest clinic for her to feel better because we do have the thermometer at home and when we checked her the temperature it was ohk but because at school they said she might have catched the virus, she didn't trust our thermometer. At the clinic they checked her temperature also and found that it's ohk but still she's not happy you can see in her face that she is worried. Now I have to book for her to go and do the test so that she can be free. I'm frustrated because she's stressing too much on something that is not even there.

Can the school please train their people as this is not professional honestly. I've tried calling the school but I think they were already knocked off.

Please attend to this before it happens to another learner.....
