Pathetic Company

I placed an order on their website for a product(box of 4 pocket knives). After 3 days of not being able to track my order and sending them emails to their support. They reply they can't deliver in my area and will proceed with my refund. This was over a month ago and till today there has been no refund and no responses to my emails.
