Rude Gelli Nail salon girl.

I am only reviewing the Nail department at this store. It is the only service I have used. I had my firt appointment with this "up market" store in Parkview Shopping Centre. I wanted to have nail art done ****erally just two gold lines on each ring finger, nothing complicated) and the lady who I had the appointment with informed me that there is only one girl at the store who does nail art. l and I have to specify that I want nail art when I make my appointment. I understand this and this is not why I am upset about their service. The lady who did my nails did a great job. The reason why I am giving 1 star rating is because this 'lady' who does the nail art was completely rude and unproffesional. The girl doing my nails politely asked if she would mind doing the nail art since it is not complicated. The nail art 'lady' barely looked up from her cellphone and informed the girl doing my nails that she is VERY busy and doesn't have time to do it. 40 min later she was still on her cellphone with no client. I would just like to inform this girl that it is incredibly rude to just talk to the lady doing my nails and ignore me, the client, like I am not even sitting there . Not once did she look at me. She completely acted like she was above me and that I wasn't sitting there right in front of her. I don't care how good she is with nail art, there are almost 12 nail salons in a 5km radius of Parkview Mall and I could go to any one of them and they would gladly help a paying customer. It would have been completely okay if she was just friendly and made eye contact with me (not her cellphone) and explained that she is fully booked. I would have been happy with that. Please be professional and don't judge a book by its cover... books have lots of friends. Her bad attitude just cost this salon a client (or 2 or 3 or... ).
