Worst Service

We visited the store two months prior, and everything went well up until the female that was helping us asked us can we afford the dresses after we told her twice that we can afford it and that we will pay cash immediately for the dresses. So then everything was sorted. Or so we thought everything was. Until 2 weeks later we received a e-mail that they just want to find out what must the colour of the one dress be as the female that was helping us on that day did not write down the colour. That is were everything started happening.<br> <br> We were then told that we can collect the dresses on the 14th November 2015. Later it was said that no we can only receive the dresses on the 21st November 2015, five (5) days before the wedding. When i spoke to the owner, Angelique who was so rude told me that we can collect the dresses then on Friday 20 November 2015. Now on this day, Tuesday 17 November 2015, i receive another e-mail from them stating that i can only receive the dresses on Saturday 21 November 2015. <br> <br> I don't understand how can suppliers expect any customer to be happy with their service and ask them to review their service if this is the service that we receive.
