Shockingly bad service!

<p>I've used gelique for brides**** dresses before and had no problems. 3 months ago we went to gelique for brides**** and flower girl dresses, for my sisters wedding. Absolutely shocked with the deterioration in service! The lack of communication, taking 24 hours to respond to mails, and unable to convert inches into cm (despite being a dressmaking facility) is shocking. After this frustration, we simply asked if the orders can be sorted, we were advised by management to take our business else where since we were unhappy with the service. I do not recommend gelique, unless you want added stress and frustration to your wedding. Pity they have terrible service, because their dresses are quite nice. </p>
