Dress so wrong

I am not happy with my dress at all. I am a brides**** and when going to look at dresses the bride chose who would get which. So I wanted to try the full idea of the dress so I could make sure I am comfortable in it. I was told it won't cling to me with the extra material on as I am very self conscious about my body. They took measurements and after 2 months we collected. Well my dress was so so tight I went back for it to be altered and the dress was very static. They took 2 weeks to fix it up but when I received it back it looked so much worse and the static was still there. I had to get someone else to fix their mistake. I was told to wash the dress in cold water on delicate which I did but then the dress came out so horrible after the wash, one side only have stretched badly. So so unhappy with the quality
