Geldhof - Selling Almost Expired Items
I purchased chocolates from the Store in Sandton City on the 16.06.2026 - these were to be included in my Fathers Dad Gift pack. While packaging the items - I noticed that the expiry date was the 16.06.2026! I called the Sandton Store and spoke to Constance, who advised that I need to return to the store and they will exchange the item - I explained to her that I am not in Sandton, I reside in the East Rand. She then advised that she will speak to Head office and revert - that was yesterday morning - its now 24hours later and I have not received any form of communication from Constance or anyone else at Geldhof. The chocolates were not at a discount price nor was there a sign stating that it was almost at its expiry date ie 16.06.2026
