no service delivery

on the 12/12/15 toto came to install my extra view and was paid the amount of R750 as agreed. all that was done was that the cables are hanging everywhere and the tv is standing one side. the job is incomplete and I am struggling to get them to complete the job. they are full of excuses and I want them to come and finish before I inform dstv and the ombudsman on communications.
