Zero Star rating - Extremely poor customer service and poor quality products

I wish there was a option for a zero star rating. Customer service is non existent and the products received was not what was advertised on the website. The scrabble letters was of poor quality, damaged and poorly finished off. From my first e-mail to Geite I have requested a quote and what the process is and when can we expect a design of the scrabble letters. The order/design was help up according to them by mothersday and still up to now we did not receive a design or colour or option to choose from. The package was merely sent and up until now I have not received a single answer to my various complaint e-mails demanding a refund and the cellphone nr is constantly off or engaged. I have never in my life experienced this type of service and would not recommend Geite and Goeters to anyone.
