utter poor service

Not even worth a one star. I ordered goods on the 27th of April and although they have undertaken to provide the goods I still have not received it. The previous update was that they are waiting on stock to arrive and one week later I was advised that it was sent to courier but no tracking number. Almost 2 weeks later and still nothing.
